Hurricane Florence Relief Efforts

Many of us have watched the heartbreaking news about the destruction caused by Hurricane Florence. We gathered to pray and asked for God’s protection and for the most part we were spared any significant injury or damage. But our neighbors, from Fayetteville to Wilmington are suffering terribly.

Jonesboro Heights has a proud history of helping those that are hurting, and this is another important opportunity to serve those with profound needs. In coordination with the leadership of the church, these are the highlights of our plan.

Go

We will be going on mission to Morehead City on October 22-28 to do "mud out" work along with tree removal. Contact our pastor, Cal Sayles, for more information about this trip.

Other relief elements will likely be recommended at a later time, but for now this is our plan to help meet a great need. God bless you and yours and all who are struggling with the terrible effects of this hurricane.
