Higher Heights Leader: Jean Walker What is Higher Heights?
The purpose of Higher Heights is to have programs and activities that provide Christian fellowship through sharing, caring, and love for one another. Our goal is to have fun together as we witness for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
MONTHLY ACTIVITIES:
The Higher Heights Club meets the last Thursday of each month, September through June (unless otherwise announced) at 10:00 am.
Activities that the club participates in includes:
Scheduled off campus events
Luncheons
Day Trips
Overnight Trips
Monthly Meetings
Mission Projects
We are very fortunate to have a choir for our "senior" saints. The singers meet on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 am in the Bullock-Matthews room. This ministry is a non-auditioned group for adults that are 55 years and older. They have a wonderful time together and minister not only through the worship services but throughout the community in our local nursing, rest home and retirement facilities. If you are 55 and older and you have the desire to make a joyful noise we would be glad for you to join us.
